Returns & Exchanges

At Printols.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at contact@printols.com to request a return authorization number.
2. Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of your original order details.
3. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
4. Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund to the original payment method or send you an exchange item.

Please note that it may take 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive it. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship out the new item at no additional cost to you.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team right away. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you, and once we receive the item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
